Perfect location from which to explore the hustle and bustle of Tokyo
Excellent location, and good comfort of the room.
The walls are very thin; we could hear people on our same floor as well as people on the floor below ours. At night there was a party crowd (NYE and all), and they were loud even until 2am. It was annoying….

The area of the hotel was so local to everything.. all the extras you give, the robe, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, brush, shavers, the staff were lovely and the breakfast every morning

Very Good
I've been to 4 hotels in Tokyo, and this was without a doubt the best of them all. The rooms are much larger than most in Tokyo, the location is excellent, very close to the best neighborhoods in Tokyo. The staff are great, and they know how to speak English well (which is rare in other hotels) They are very helpful and try to help as best they can, always in a good mood and with a smile on their face. The only drawback is that they are a little misinformed about tourist activities in Tokyo, namely restaurants, transport, etc. But it's just a detail, because everything else is great.
